Company manufacturers a combination VIDEO and AUDIO jukebox.  System allows for immediate on demand downloading of audio tracks while video clips are uploaded to the jukebox during off hours.  Jukebox operating companies will be allowed to sell local merchants advertising time on jukeboxes under their control. Revenue generated from local advertising belongs to the responsible operating company.  100% !  Operating companies will be entitiled to 10% of net national advertising that is sold by Barden Entertainment or its appointed media representative/s.  Barden will be entitled to 30% of the gross cashbox revenue to pay for both audio and video royalty fees, including perfrormance fees,  as well as pay for administrative expenses. Operating companies may upgrade audio and video content as necessary and will not be charged for these content changes and adjustments.
