Ecast has hired top sales performer Erin Sullivan to head up its Los Angeles sales office.  She will work with agencies and brand-marketers throughout the west coast as well as develop new business and cultivate leads for Ecast.  Sullivan comes to Ecast from Oxygen Media, where she served as the director of west coast sales.
